I joined AC3 more than 20 years ago as a Receptionist, and what has kept me here ever since is the freedom to step into the unknown, solve meaningful problems, and help shape the business as it’s grown. My career has never followed a traditional path — I’ve continually built roles that didn’t exist yet, from leading major customer negotiations that reshaped our commercial model to creating AC3’s first product catalogue and establishing our ServiceNow and SIAM practices from the ground up. Today, as GM of Transformation, I’m privileged to lead complex change across the organisation, most recently the integration of the JDS acquisition, ensuring our people, customers, partners and systems came together seamlessly.
I chose AC3 because it’s a place where potential is recognised early and people are trusted to make a real impact. That mattered to me from the beginning, and it still does. AC3 has always backed me — through big career leaps, through becoming a single mother by choice, and through the evolution of my leadership responsibilities. That trust is something I now pay forward. I mentor women at different stages of their careers, share openly the realities of balancing life and leadership, and try to create the same kind of opportunities that were created for me.
Success at AC3, for me, is about contributing to a culture where people feel supported, encouraged and able to grow in ways that feel authentic to them. I’ve been fortunate to have leaders who trusted me to stretch, learn and sometimes figure things out as I went — and I try to offer that same steady support to others. Some of the moments I value most are the quiet ones: the conversations that help someone see their own strengths more clearly, or the opportunities that give them space to step forward with confidence. When people feel they can bring their whole selves to work and still pursue big ambitions, that’s when AC3 is at its best.
